Paulin Méry is our apartment available for short-term rentals in the delightful Butte Aux Cailles area of Paris. It is conveniently located a couple of minutes walk from the Place d'Italie Metro stop, which is a perfect junction for easily reaching all other areas of Paris. Butte Aux Cailles is in the 13th arondissement, is one Paris's few hills, and has quaint cobblestone streets and a wonderful outdoor market three times a week with an excellent food selection as well as some steals on clothing and other items. The apartment itself is located in the middle of a pedestrian-only street, so is very quiet. All types of boutiques, boulangeries, charcuteries, and so on are located just a few steps away. The apartment has a main living room/kitchen area, separate bedroom, and there is also a sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, DSL and Wi-Fi, and you have your own bathrom with a shower. It is newly renovated and furnished.
