Details

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building (just two apartments per floor). Sorry, there is not an elevator, only stairs. We would not consider it handicapped accessible unless you are quite persistent!

Living Room

The living room, like the rest of the apartment, is newly furnished. It is a place to eat your morning croissant and café or to host a home-cooked meal with your friends. The sofa folds out to a bed for additional sleeping room (2 people). There is a bookshelf, a dining table and chairs, and some nice wooden storage boxes in front of the convertible couch (with extra blankets). The living room and dining area looks out through two French windows to the quiet and serene courtyard.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, silverware, cleaning items and so on that you will likely need. As is common in European homes, the washing machine is in the kitchen.

Bedroom

The bedroom is a quiet and peaceful space with a bed and a sitting chair. There are two closets in the bedroom for storing all of your clothes and gifts you purchase on your trip.

This is the view out of the bedroom window onto the rue Paulin Méry. A quiet, pedestrian only street means you will get a restful nights’ sleep and awake refreshed each morning, ready to go out into Paris for a new adventure!

Bathroom

The bathroom is small by American standards but quite large for French standards. There is a shower that is large enough to do a pirouette in, a toilet and a sink with a storage area underneath.
